Thank you for shopping with Ever Trend Haus. Our goal is to deliver your items safely and on time. We work directly with CJ Dropshipping, a reliable global fulfillment partner, to process and ship your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are fulfilled by CJ Dropshipping warehouses based in China, the U.S., and other global fulfillment centers.

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination. Below are the estimated delivery windows provided by CJ Dropshipping:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • CJ US Warehouse (if stock available): 3–7 business days

Canada, UK & Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Worldwide

  • Standard Shipping: 10–28 business days

Note: These are estimated delivery windows. Actual delivery time can vary due to customs, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons such as Christmas.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product weight.

  • Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping promotions on selected items or above a certain order amount.


4. Order Tracking

  • After your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

  • You can also track your order directly through CJ Dropshipping’s global tracking tool.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply in their country.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

  • Ever Trend Haus is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please allow extra time during peak seasons.

  • Lost: Contact us and we will open a claim with CJ Dropshipping.

  • Damaged: Send us photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.


8. Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple CJ Dropshipping warehouses, some orders may arrive in separate packages, especially if your order contains multiple items.
